Belarus values strategic partnership with Tajikistan

MINSK, 9 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon as the country celebrates National Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

According to the head of state, over the years of sovereignty Tajikistan has made significant progress in the social and economic development, enhancement of accord and stability in the society.

“Belarus values the relations of strategic partnership between our countries. I am convinced that by joint efforts we will preserve and multiply old traditions of Belarus-Tajikistan friendship,” the message of greetings reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Emomali Rahmon strong health, happiness and fulfillment of all plans. He also wished people of Tajikistan peace and prosperity.
