Belarus president approves plan of preparing draft laws in 2020

MINSK, 26 December (BelTA) - A plan of preparing draft laws in 2020 has been approved. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed corresponding decree No. 482, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The plan was formed taking into account the real demand for the regulation of corresponding relations in the society, the priority order of their legal regulation within the framework of the current legislation. Special attention was drawn to ensuring systematic, comprehensive and stable legal regulation.

Plans have been made to prepare 30 draft laws in 2020. These include brand-new legal documents (for example, draft laws “On contributions to the budget of the state non-budgetary fund of social security of the Republic of Belarus”, “On state registration termination (cessation of business) of economic operators”, “On self-regulating organizations”, “On licensing”, “On voluntary work”) and documents introducing amendments and addenda to existing bills.

Experts plan to develop concepts of laws “On insurance activities”, “On associations of employers”, “On access to information concerning the operation of general courts”, “On information, IT-based management and protection of information” in 2020.
