Belarus president appoints new executives in Minsk, regions

MINSK, 15 January (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has approved the appointment of new local executives, BelTA has learned.

Former heads of the Zavodskoy District and Frunzensky District of Minsk Alexander Dorokhovich and Artem Tsuran have been promoted to deputy chairmen of the Minsk City Hall.

The head of state has approved the appointment of Gennady Borisyuk as the deputy chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee. Previously he worked as the head of the Leninsky District administration of Brest. This position will be occupied by Valentin Miloshevsky who is the deputy chairman of the Permanent Commission for Healthcare, Physical Education, Family and Youth Policy of the National Assembly of Belarus.

Pavel Silivonchik will become the chairman of the Vetka District Executive Committee. Previously he worked as the head of the Narovlya District Executive Committee. The latter committee will welcome Ruslan Smirnov as its chairman. He previously worked as the deputy chairman of the Zhlobin District Executive Committee.

Ruslan Sushko will be promoted from the first deputy chairman, head of the Agriculture and Food Department of the Rogachev District Executive Committee to the chairman of this committee.

Oleg Begunets will become the chairman of the Vileika District Executive Committee. He worked as the first deputy chairman of the Agriculture and Food Department of the Starye Dorogi District Executive Committee.

The president has approved the appointment of Alexander Lomsky as the chairman of the Nesvizh District Executive Committee. Previously he worked as the head of the Kletsk District administration. Former director of OAO Timiryazevsky, Kopyl District, Anatoly Lodyga will become the chairman of the Kletsk District Executive Committee.

Viktor Koleda will become the chairman of the Pukhovichi District Executive Committee. He worked as the chairman of the Logoisk District Executive Committee.

The head of state approved the appointment of Dmitry Zablotsky as the chairman of the Zhodino Town Hall. He is a member of the parliament and a deputy chairman of the Permanent Commission for Industry, Fuel and Energy Complex, Transport and Communications of the National Assembly of Belarus.
