Belarus PM to receive Russian coronavirus vaccine

MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) – Belarusian Premier Roman Golovchenko has decided to test on himself the Russian vaccine against COVID-19. This information was voiced at the talks between Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on 3 September, BelTA has learned.

During the meeting the Belarusian head of state talked about joint efforts in combating coronavirus. He recalled that Belarus will be the first country to receive the Russian coronavirus vaccine.

“I am glad that Roman Golovchenko has decided today to get inoculated. I am sure that everything will be all right,” Mikhail Mishustin said.
