MINSK, 9 July (BelTA) – Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei received a farewell courtesy call from outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Belarus Ahmed Manqoosh Alteneiji on 9 July 2020, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current issues of the development of bilateral relations in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian areas.
The minister lauded the high level of bilateral cooperation between Belarus and the UAE, active political dialogue, and the prospects for trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries. Vladimir Makei thanked the UAE Ambassador for his active and fruitful work to further Belarus-UAE relations.
