
MINSK, 12 April (BelTA) - Belarus and Hungary have the opportunity to cooperate despite the obstacles, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Peter Szijjarto said as he opened a meeting of the Belarusian-Hungarian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation, of which he is a co-chairman, BelTA has learned.

"Our cooperation is based on mutual respect, and we try to further it on the basis of mutual interests," Peter Szijjarto said. At the same time, the minister noted that the international situation is complex and full of all sorts of obstacles.
Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs, co-chairman of the intergovernmental commission Sergei Aleinik emphasized: "We are very pleased to realize that, despite all the challenges faced by our countries, we continue to cooperate seriously."
