Spain calls Belarus pillar of stability in Eastern Europe

MINSK, 11 April (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Spain Pavel Pustovoi has presented credentials to King Felipe VI of Spain, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

King Felipe VI welcomed the high level of Belarus-Spain cooperation in various areas, pointing to the well-developed IT sector in Belarus. “The King of Spain emphasized Belarus' significant role as a pillar of stability in the Eastern European region and praised the country's efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine's southeast,” the embassy informed.

Pavel Pustovoi noted that during his tenure as the Belarusian ambassador to Spain he will do everything he can to take bilateral cooperation to a new level.
