Russian presidential election 2018: Early voting in six Belarusian cities 11 March

MINSK, 6 March (BelTA) – Russian citizens will be able to vote early at presidential elections in six Belarusian cities on 11 March, BelTA learned from the Belarus-Russia Union State information portal.

“For the convenience of Russian citizens living at a distance from the polling stations, an early voting will take place in Kostyukovichi, Mozyr, Molodechno, Pinsk, Svetlogorsk, and Soligorsk on 11 March 2018 from 10:00 to 18:00,” a post on the portal reads.

In total, 13 polling stations will be set up in Belarus for the 2018 Russian presidential election scheduled for 18 March. The polling stations will be open from 8:00 to 20:00.

To take part in the voting, a person should be at least 18 years old and should submit an identity document of a Russian citizen. Those with a Belarusian residence permit are not eligible to vote.
