MOSCOW, 1 February (BelTA) - The West has no legal means to appropriate the frozen Russian assets, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a news briefing in Moscow on 1 February, BelTA has learned.
"There is no legal way to appropriate Russian assets," Maria Zakharova stressed.
Though anything is possible in a world that the collective West is building, she noted. "But if we are talking about the law and legality that have been in force for decades, then there is no legal way to take something from others and appropriate it. It's simple truth,” Maria Zakharova said.
"Attempts to take over Russian property and assets will be regarded as robbery and will not be left unanswered," Maria Zakharova noted.
