Prospects of Belarus-USA relations discussed in Minsk

MINSK, 20 October (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Kravchenko and Russell Nelson, President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), discussed prospects of Belarus-USA relations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The sides touched upon the current states and prospects of Belarus-USA relations, including trade, economic, and humanitarian cooperation. They also talked about the possibilities of expanding bilateral cooperation with the state of Utah, where the LDS Church is headquartered,” the press service noted.

Taking part in the meeting was an LDS Church representative, President of the Europe East Area James Martino.
