Prime ministers of Belarus, Russia to hold talks in Moscow on 11 March

MINSK, 10 March (BelTA) – Belarus' Prime Minister Sergei Rumas is set to pay a working visit to Russia on 11 March to meet with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.

The meeting will take place with the participation of the delegations. “The parties will talk over issues related to bilateral cooperation,” the press service said.

As BelTA reported earlier, Sergei Rumas and Mikhail Mishustin agreed on a working visit during a telephone call on 6 March. The prime ministers of Belarus and Russia also discussed integration interaction within the framework of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, preparations for the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council meeting which is due to take place in Minsk on 10 April. The parties also discussed the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which is aimed at enhancing economic efficiency and improving living conditions for citizens of the union.
