MINSK, 6 March (BelTA) – Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Rumas talked to Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin over the phone on 6 March. The call was arranged upon the initiative of the Russian side, BelTA learned from the website of Belarus' Council of Ministers.
During the phone call the prime ministers focused on topical aspects of bilateral cooperation. The heads of government of Belarus and Russia discussed integration interaction as well as preparations for the session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which is due in Minsk on 10 April. The digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union was discussed. The agenda is geared towards making the economy more effective and improving the quality of life of EAEU citizens.
During the phone call Sergei Rumas and Mikhail Mishustin agreed to arrange a business meeting to discuss all the topical matters soon.
