MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) - Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich sent Nowruz greetings to the presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and congratulated Dmitry Mezentsev on the appointment of the State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State, BelTA learned from the EEC press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
Mikhail Myasnikovich sent Nowruz greetings to Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyzstan head of state Sadyr Japarov and Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. "This ancient, wonderful spring festival is an integral part of the rich historical heritage of the peoples of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. May the day of spring renewal serve as an impetus to new large-scale projects for the benefit of your countries," the congratulatory messages reads.
The EEC Board head wished the heads of state good health and well-being, and the people of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan – peace and prosperity.
Mikhail Myasnikovich also congratulated Dmitry Mezentsev on the appointment to the post of State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. “I am sure that thanks to your rich professional experience and personal qualities you will continue to contribute to strengthening trade, economic, investment, and scientific cooperation between Russia and Belarus," the felicitation letter reads.
