MINSK, 23 March (BelTA) – The reports in the Polish media about the alleged summoning to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the charge d'affaires of Belarus are not true, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
“Neither yesterday nor today the Belarusian diplomat was invited for a conversation. We view this piece of fake news as another media provocation aimed at creating tension in bilateral relations,” the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized.
“As far as the three Belarusian citizens detained in Poland are concerned, so far the Polish side has not provided any evidence confirming their alleged espionage activities,” the ministry added.
