Legislative plan for 2018 approved in Belarus

MINSK, 12 February (BelTA) – A legislative plan for 2018 was approved by Resolution No. 111 of the Belarusian Council of Ministers dated 9 February 2018, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian government.

The plan includes 44 bills in labor relations, social security, social insurance, healthcare, financial and credit system, business, economic activity, information, defense, national security, etc.

The national bodies of state administration shall ensure timely and high-quality preparation of bills (bills concepts) envisaged in the plan, their harmonization with all stakeholders and shall submit them to the government within the respective deadlines.

The national bodies of state administration shall take steps to organize their preparation, determine the goals and objectives, the content, and determine in conjunction with the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research the scope of work and the areas of this activity, and ensure the participation of their representatives in the preparation of bills.
