MINSK, 27 May (BelTA) – Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei had a telephone conversation with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on 27 May. The phone conversation was held at the initiative of the Russian side, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The foreign ministers exchanged views on the issue of mutual support in the return of citizens of the two countries to their homeland amid the coronavirus pandemic, discussed topical issues of Belarusian-Russian cooperation, the schedule of bilateral contacts, and reviewed the cooperation in regional and international security.
