SOCHI, 15 February (BelTA - TASS) – Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the importance of humanitarian cooperation in developing Russia-Belarus relations.
According to him, humanitarian cooperation “is the basis for development of the modern world in general and our countries in particular.”
“We would like the ministers to meet, communicate and discuss ways to bolster cooperation in these areas,” he noted.
The meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko is taking place at the Sirius Education Center in Sochi with participation of the ministers in charge of culture, education, and sport.
