CHOLPON-ATA, 9 August (BelTA) – The next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the CIS Heads of Government Council will take place in Moscow in October, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said at a session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, BelTA has learned.
“We have agreed to hold the next meeting [of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council] in Moscow on 25 October. It will be co-located with another important event – a session of the CIS Heads of Government Council,” Dmitry Medvedev said.
The participants of today's session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council have discussed over a dozen issues, including distribution of import duties between the EAEU member states, joint development forecasts and balances of demand and supply in the agricultural industry in 2019-2020, and establishment of the common financial market.
