MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) – Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation Arancha Gonzalez Laya phoned Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei on 4 June, BelTA has learned.
Vladimir Makei and Arancha Gonzalez Laya exchanged information about the measures Belarus and Spain are taking to fight the spread of the coronavirus infection. Vladimir Makei thanked Spanish public organizations and families for support with implementing Chernobyl-related cooperation programs.
The ministers focused on the advancement of the Belarus-Spain political dialogue and on the main directions of trade and economic cooperation. Vladimir Makei and Arancha Gonzalez Laya also discussed Belarus' interaction with the European Union.
