MINSK, 1 June (BelTA) – Head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Belarusian Defense Ministry Major General Oleg Voinov and Major General Salem Fahad al-Hababi, the commander of the Center for Military Performances of the Qatar Armed Forces, met in Minsk on 1 June, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
The parties discussed the state of the bilateral military cooperation and prospects for its development. The Qatari delegation also visited the Minsk Military Commandant's Office to watch a rehearsal and a performance of the guard of honor.
The military delegation of Qatar led by Major General Salem Fahad al-Hababi is in Belarus on an official visit from 30 May to 3 June.
