MINSK, 8 May (BelTA) – The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus will hold a session on 8 May to consider the timetable for the presidential election, CEC Chairperson Lidia Yermoshina told the media on 8 May, BelTA has learned.
The session will consider the schedule for the elections, the resolution on the procedure of sending and accrediting national observers, and the budget of the elections.
Lidia Yermoshina added that in the light of the unfavorable epidemiological situation the CEC would hold the meeting without press and observers for the first time.
