Belarus, Azerbaijan to step up cooperation after pandemic

MINSK, 4 December (BelTA) – Outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Azerbaijan Gennady Akhramovich paid a farewell courtesy call on Azerbaijan Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov on 4 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties discussed the entire agenda of the Belarus-Azerbaijan cooperation, pointed out the high level of interaction between the two countries, and stressed the importance of intensifying it after the end of the pandemic,” the press service said.

Gennady Akhramovich expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for supporting Belarus in the international arena. For his part, Jeyhun Bayramov thanked the Belarusian ambassador for his work in Azerbaijan and wished him success in his future career.
