MINSK, 19 November (BelTA) - Belarus and Azerbaijan support each other on the international arena unconditionally without any consultations and harmonization, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev told reporters after the talks with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on 19 November, BelTA informs.
“We actively cooperate in international organizations. We support each other on all issues, and this support is, I would say, unconditional, without any consultations and harmonization,” Ilham Aliyev said.
He added that Belarus and Azerbaijan also support each other in the associations where only one country is party to. “It is also natural. The same happens when we discuss issues of international politics, international relations, regional issues, international security matters,” the president said.
“The today's level of our relations enables us to openly discuss any issues,” the head of state stressed.
