Belarus, Azerbaijan discuss economic, humanitarian cooperation

MINSK, 21 June (BelTA) – Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with his Azerbaijan counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov on 21 June. The Azerbaijan minister of foreign affairs is attending the 10th round of Informal Ministerial Dialogue of the Eastern Partnership countries in Minsk, BelTA has learned.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation, including interaction in economic and humanitarian sectors. The ministers praised the Belarus-Azerbaijan dialogue at the supreme and high levels, traditionally friendly and constructive relations between the two countries.

The parties agreed to continue cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Azerbaijan.
