Belarus, Armenia discuss security cooperation

MINSK, 13 February (BelTA) – State Secretary of Belarus' Security Council Andrei Ravkov met with Armenia Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan in Minsk on 13 February, BelTA learned from the State Secretariat of Belarus' Security Council.

The parties discussed the Belarus-Armenia cooperation and the main results of cooperation in security matters.

The parties welcomed the progress in the bilateral relations in the military sector and Belarus-Armenia cooperation in the CSTO and the EAEU.

The parties exchanged views on the ongoing reforms of the Armed Forces in the two countries and the reforms to enhance the prestige of military service.
