Belarus, Armenia discuss cooperation in integration associations

MINSK, 14 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Dapkiunas met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Belarus Armen Ghevondyan. The diplomats agreed that Belarus and Armenia follow similar approaches to cooperation in integration associations, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.

The parties discussed major areas of Belarus-Armenia cooperation in the CSTO and other integration associations.

Andrei Dapkiunas and Armen Ghevondyan exchanged views on ways to intensify constructive cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international organizations and in multilateral format. They also discussed the preparations for the 2nd European Games which will kick off in Minsk on 21 June.
