The Belarus president about to address the nation and the parliament

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko is expected to address the nation and the parliament from the Palace of the Republic. The address is scheduled to begin at 11:00.

Over 2,500 people have gathered in the Palace of the Republic: top-ranking government officials, heads of government agencies, members of the central government, mass media, representatives of the diplomatic corps, young Belarusians, reporters, and other ones.
