Belarus Prime Minister Sergei Rumas and Uzbekistan Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov signed a cooperation roadmap between the two countries on 2 November. The roadmap includes more than 100 events to boost bilateral trade in goods and services, provide mutual access to the parties' markets, cooperate in industrial cooperation, agriculture, light industry, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, construction, petrochemistry, and energy. Some measures concern humanitarian cooperation and the development of interregional cooperation, the establishment of twinning relations.
