Great Victory has become one of the main historical events in the history of Belarus and Russia, memories of which unite the peoples of the two countries, Belarus President's aide on national security, member of the Security Council, First Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Viktor Lukashenko told the media on 19 September as he attended an official ceremony to place a time capsule with a message to the Great Victory successors from the participants of the motorcycle race.
