Lukashenko makes new personnel appointments

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Valery Vakulchik Chairman of the State Security Committee, Ivan Tertel Chairman of the State Security Committee. Vasily Gerasimov, first deputy chairman of the State Control Committee, will perform duties of the chairman of the agency.
