
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed new heads in some regions of the country, and also in the Grodno and Minsk city executive committees, BelTA has learned.
Andrei Khmel, who worked as the housing and utilities minister, has been agreed by the head of state to the position of Grodno Mayor. Vadim Perednya will head the administration of the Pervomaiski District of Minsk, where he worked as deputy head.
