NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
A presentation of the book about the history of the Holy Dormition Monastery in Zhirovichi was held in the monastery on 4 February. The event took place ahead of the celebrations of the 550th anniversary of the miraculous Zhirovichi Icon of the Mother of God and the 500th anniversary of the Holy Dormition Stavropegic Monastery in Zhirovichi due in May.
The 120-page book contains unique materials and illustrations compiled from written records, fables, and memoirs. It was written by Mother Superior of the Holy Nativity of the Mother of God Stavropegic Convent in Grodno Gavriila.
