Bolshaya Berestovitsa

Bolshaya Berestovitsa

Berestovitsa was first mentioned in chronicles in the 16th century as the property of voivode Khodkevich. It changed hands several times after that. In the late 18th century, the town became part of the Russian Empire, in the first half of the 20th century it was part of Poland. In 1939, Berestovitsa was included in the BSSR.
