Belarus Prime Minister Sergei Rumas met with Martin Wheeler, Managing Director of CAD CAM Automotive, in London on 21 November. During the meeting, the parties signed an agreement to set up an assembly facility to make electric buses of the Belarusian electric transport manufacturer Belkommunmash in the UK.
