Belarus' House of Representatives opens spring session

The House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus is expected to set the date for the country's presidential election during the spring session, Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko said as he spoke at the opening of the spring session on 2 April.
