QINGDAO, 19 December (BelTA - China Daily). - Chinese lace artworks made in Jimo district, Qingdao, East China's Shandong province, have gained popularity in both domestic and overseas markets.
The lace artwork from Jimo is a national intangible cultural heritage with unique sewing process and embossment-like shape.
Local lace companies have designed and developed special cultural and creative products, selling them both online and offline. The products are selling well at home and abroad and the production and sale are showing strong growth momentum.
