NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
Chinese businesses say that Belarus has an attractive investment climate, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Belarus Cui Qiming told reporters on 6 May.
The diplomat noted that Belarus offers favorable conditions to investors from China. “In general, Chinese businessmen say that Belarus has an attractive investment climate,” Cui Qiming said. He pointed out that the Belarusian legislation is becoming more progressive in terms of attracting foreign investment, including from China.
Cui Qiming is attending a roundtable event held in Minsk to consider ways to step up the trade, economic, and investment cooperation between Belarus and China. The forum has brought together diplomats, representatives of ministries and agencies, and MPs. The participants are considering steps to advance the implementation of the joint economic projects, improve the conditions for doing business, and attract direct foreign investment.
