Minsk Dialogue was launched as an expert initiative in early 2015.
Its mission is to offer an open and geopolitically unbiased platform for research and discussion on international affairs and security in Eastern Europe.
The slogan of this year's event - European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink.
The Minsk Dialogue Forum is running through 7-8 October 2019.
