Minsk Dialogue is an expert initiative launched in March 2015 with the aim to provide an open and geopolitically neutral platform to study and discuss international relations and security in Eastern Europe.

Participants:
- around 350 experts and officials;
- diplomats from more than 40 countries;
- representatives of the OSCE, CSTO and NATO.
Minsk Dialogue Forum 2018 will represent the next milestone in the initiative's development. It will launch a large annual gathering of leading experts from Eastern Europe, the EU, Russia, the United States, and China.
