The total number of subscribers is 11.6 million, with the level of penetration at 122 subscribers per 100 residents. Population coverage exceeds 99%.
Fourth-generation (4G) services from SOOO Belarusian Cloud Technologies are available to subscribers of ZAO BeST and SOOO MTS. The option is available to 75.7% of the country's territory.
ZAO BeST was established in 2004. Population coverage – 99.7%. Subscriber base – 1.239 million (11% of the market). It offers fourth-generation (LTE) services.
SOOO MTS was established in 2002. Population coverage – 99.9%. Subscriber base – 5.506 million (47% of the market). It offers fourth-generation (LTE) services.
UP Velcom is the legal successor of SP OOO Mobile Digital Network, which started working in Belarus in 1999. Population coverage – 99.9%. Subscriber base – 4.873 million (42% of the market). It offers third-generation (3G) services.
