Belarus-Ukraine: Trade and Economic Cooperation

Ukraine is Belarus' important trade partner. In 2018, Ukraine ranked second in trade among all Belarus' trade partners.

In 2018, Belarus-Ukraine trade in goods totaled $5,465 million (up 19.2% year-on-year). Belarusian exports made up $4,062 million (up 20.7%).

Belarus exported:

Oil products - $2,091.5 million;

Oil gases - $243.4 million;

Oil coke and bitumen - $155.7 million;

Mineral fertilizers - $130.7 million;

Trucks - $78.5 million.

Belarus imported:

Soya beans - $137.4 million;

Waste vegetable oil - $117.3 million;

Products made of ferrous metals - $64.5 million;

Margarine - $47.1 million:

Waste soybean oil - $39 million.
