Belarus' social and economic development goals for 2018

The main goals of Belarus' social and economic development in 2018 include bolstering the competitive ability of the economy, securing sustainable economic growth, and enabling additional conditions for faster growth in years to come.

GDP – 103.5%*,

export of merchandise and services — 105.7%,

consumer price index (at most) — 106%,

average broad money supply — 109-112%,

international reserve assets (at least) — $6 billion.

The enabling of favorable conditions will be accompanied by efforts to gradually reduce nominal interest rates in the economy and liberalize the currency system.
