NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
Belarus has ranked 20th among 170 countries in the 2020 Integrated Index for Postal Development (2IPD)* recently-published by the Universal Postal Union.
The countries' rankings:

20 – Belarus
21 – Slovakia
26 – Moldova
30 – Ukraine
31 – Lithuania
62 – Latvia
Belarus' scored 65.56 points in 2020.
Given the number of points, countries are grouped into four main categories: Postal Champions, Good Performers, Potential Performers, Least Developed Operators. Belarus is a Good Performer.
