MINSK, 14 August (BelTA) – On 14 August, the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) lifted restrictions on the import of products made by Belrosmoreprodukt company and Brest Meat Packing Plant (with some exceptions), BelTA has learned from the Rosselkhoznadzor website.
Eligible for the import to Russia are products made as from 14 August. They should be accompanied by digital veterinary certificates.
Rosselkhoznadzor made the decision after perusing materials sent by the Belarusian side and in view of the measures taken to address detected violations and guarantees given by the Veterinary and Food Oversight Department of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry.
