CAIRO, 19 February (BelTA) – Belarus and Egypt may start making unmanned aerial vehicles as early as this year, BelTA learned from Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) Vladimir Ulakhovich on the sidelines of negotiations between the presidents of Belarus and Egypt in Cairo.
The official said: “There are serious technological niches we can work in. In particular, we expect noticeable and fast steps to make the unmanned aerial vehicles designed in Belarus.”
In his words, if all goes according to plan, the joint enterprise will start working as early as this year.
