MINSK, 8 January (BelTA) – Belarusian companies will showcase furniture and woodworking products in Cologne, Germany during the international furniture expo IMM Cologne on 14-20 January, BelTA learned from representatives of the exhibition enterprise BelInterExpo of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Plans have been made to arrange a collective exposition as large as 200m2. It will be styled to look like a modern Belarusian apartment with its own kitchen, sitting room, bedrooms, cloakroom, and entrance hall. Taking part in the exposition will be the Belarusian companies Molodechnomebel, Ivatsevichdrev, Gomeldrev, Mogilevdrev, Rechitsadrev, FanDOK, ZovLenEvromebel, Gomel Furniture Factory Progress, Almaz-Luks, and IP Barro.
The exposition's presentation venue will host seminars and presentations on 15-16 January involving Chairman of the Board of the Association of Enterprises of Furniture and Woodworking Industry of Belarus Valery Bushilo, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian timber, woodworking, pulp and paper industry concern Bellesbumprom Mikhail Kasko, and Ambassador of Belarus to Germany Denis Sidorenko.
The participation of the Belarusian furniture manufacturers in the international furniture expo IMM Cologne has been arranged under the aegis of the Bellesbumprom concern in association with the Association of Enterprises of Furniture and Woodworking Industry of Belarus, the managing company of the holding company of woodworking industry enterprises, and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI). The collective exposition has been organized by the exhibition enterprise BelInterExpo.
