MINSK, 16 January (BelTA) – A project designed to improve the national export incentives system was discussed as Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Yeudachenka met with representatives of the German Economic Team Belarus (GET Belarus) on 16 January, BelTA has learned.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Belarus Peter Dettmar attended the meeting.
The sides discussed the GET's project in detail. Close attention was paid to financial mechanisms for supporting export, the encouragement of fair and exhibition activities, the provision of marketing and consulting services. The need to get small and medium companies more actively involved in the national system of incentives for exporters was also stressed.
