MOSCOW, 24 May (BelTA) - Three integration unions, namely the EAEU, the SCO and BRICS can issue a common payment card, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich said at the 2nd Eurasian Economic Forum in Moscow on 24 May, BelTA has learned.
"We invite our colleagues from the SCO and BRICS to pool our resources. I am talking about the joint approaches to the use of digital currencies and the launch of the common payment card system. We already have appropriate solutions," Mikhail Myasnikovich said.
The share of settlements in national currencies between the EAEU countries stands at about 80% now, he added.
