MOSCOW, 14 November (BelTA) – Minsk will host the High-Level Group of the Council of Ministers of the Union State of Belarus and Russia on 21 November, BelTA learned from Permanent Committee of the Union State.
“The Permanent Committee of the Union State heard a report on the preparation progress for the meeting of the High-Level Group of the Council of Ministers of the Union State, scheduled in Minsk for 21 November, and approved the agenda items for the High-Level Group,” the committee stated.
The committee decided to finalize the draft regulation on providing subsidies from the Union State budget for loans issued at a preferential interest rate to borrowers for joint Union State projects to replace imports and achieve technological sovereignty. After coordination with the relevant stakeholders, including the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the draft will be submitted for consideration to the Council of Ministers of the Union State.
The progress in developing software for maintaining the Union State property register was also discussed.
