MINSK, 23 December (BelTA) – The construction of an international exhibition center has kicked off in the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, BelTA learned from the press service of the industrial park.
“The exhibition center will make an important part of the business infrastructure alongside a transport and logistics park, a commercial center, and a shopping and exhibition center,” the press service noted.
The project is being implemented with the participation of the Great Stone resident company China Merchants Group.
The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone is a special economic zone with a special legal regime. The park is located 25km from Minsk. The Great Stone has 68 resident companies from 14 countries with the total volume of committed investments at $1.2 billion. Priority lines of activity for the park include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, new materials, logistics, e-commerce, data storage and processing.
